Delivery
HLN-A is a digital Discord service. After a successful payment, the customer receives a private activation key for the selected plan. The key binds to the Discord server where it is redeemed.
Refunds
Contact support if a key was not delivered or the service does not work as described. Refund requests are reviewed under applicable consumer law and do not limit statutory rights.
Privacy & support
HLN-A processes Discord server and Nitrado game-server data only to provide its features. Payment details are handled by Stripe. Customer support is provided through the HLN-A Discord community.
